The Lebanese Society Of Endodontolgy
The Lebanese Society of Endodontology was founded in 1991 by Prof. Elias Maalouf, Prof. Pierre Souaid,
Prof. Joseph Sader, Dr Faysal Alameddine and Dr Ghassan Al Oueini. Several boards of directors have been raising
the bar over the previous years.

Mission:
The Lebanese Society of Endodontists (LSE) is dedicated to promote the highest professional standards in clinical excellence for the specialty of Endodontics in Lebanon. To fulfill this purpose the society is dedicated
to several objectives:

To build public awareness for root canal treatment

To promote and maintain excellence for advanced specialty education programs in Endodontics

To promote the professional development of members

To encourage its members to work on attaining personal fulfillment and professional advancement through education and research.
Membership:
The membership of this society is composed of Active members, Associate members, and honorary members:
• Active members:
The active member shall be an Endodontist who has completed an advanced specialty education program in Endodontics accredited by the commission on Dental accreditation of the Lebanese Dental Association and registered in the LDA or LDA Tripoli.
• Associate members:
The associate member shall be a dentist who has interest in Endodontics but is not educationally qualified as an Endodontist.
• Honorary member:
Honorary members shall be those approved by the board of directors because of significant contributions to
the advancement of Endodontics
