    Middle East Airlines more commonly known as Middle East Airlines (MEA) is the national flag-carrier airline of Lebanon, with its head office in Beirut, near Beirut International Airport. It operates scheduled international flights to Asia, Europe and Africa from its base at Beirut International Airport. Middle East Airlines flies to 31 destinations and has code share agreements with the following airlines at August 2011: Air Canada, Air France, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, Saudi Arabian Airline, and Tunis air.
